My Dear Flowing Water Tai Chi Friends;
This is a current update on our progress towards returning to classes. At this point, depending on access allowed back into halls, I do not perceive classes commencing before the 1st of July. However, in the meantime, we have a number of outdoor practice sessions running, or about to, each week. Of course dependant on weather conditions.

They are:
Tuesdays 9:30am, Anzac Oval, Anzac Rd Engadine.
Thursdays 9:30am, Gunnamatta Park, Nicholson Pde Cronulla.

If you wish to participate, please try and let me know before turning up, as we can only have a maximum of 10 people including the leader. Love to you all, stay safe and practise, practise, practise.

Tai Chi has so many benefits. Balance improves, mind concentrates and body becomes more flexible.

I joined Tai Chi classes with John because I had a knee problem. Since going to the classes I have become enthralled with Tai Chi. I find it has helped with all manner of things and also I have made some really good friends.

About Us

My name is John Gough. I found the world of Tai Chi some years ago, as I was searching for a form of light enjoyable exercise that would help me improve my flexibility, balance and muscular strength. I found that in Tai Chi, and so much more, that I am now in a position to share my knowledge and experience with others.
